Current Study

Our study for 2009-2010 is:

The Book of Genesis...this truly is the book of "beginnings" which is foundational to understanding the rest of Scripture and the life we have as God's people in the Catholic Church. All the great truths that are knit into the fabric of the universe are there for us to comprehend--who God is, who we are, what our problem is, what the solution will be, and how God's untamable, unquenchable, unimaginable Love permeates all human existence. All this unfolds in the dramatic stories of Genesis.

We are using "Hearts Aflame Scripture Study" this year, written by Gayle Sommers and Sarah Chistmyer. The study is in two parts. Part one is called God and His Creation ,and covers Genesis chapters 1-11. The second part is called, God and His Family, and covers Genesis chapters 12-50.
