Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life, and I will raise him on the last day." John 6:53-54. The Eucharist is the true body & blood of Christ. By the power of the Holy Spirit, the bread and wine are consecrated into the body and blood of Christ by Catholic priests on the altar during Holy Mass.
